Vincent Fraser of New Bern N.C. takes the No 8 spot and $902 for the 2015 Cabot Bad Beat on Hunger tournament.
And considering he was an early bounty winner, getting back his buy-in, it’s pretty much a total win for Fraser, even though he watched the jack,10 he went all in get beat by a pair of pocket 10s.
“I feel good about how I played, he said. I was a big stack early, but still, it’s a nice win. And it’s nice it was for charity.”
The players are now on break with Jeremiah Jancik holding a substantial chip lead.

Degennaro went down to Jeremiah Jancik when his Ace of clubs, 3 of hearts was coolered by Jancik’s pocket pair of aces,

Sharon DeVault looked good pushing in her last 70K with Ace, King. But she ran up against pocket 9s held by chip leader Jeremiah Jancik and then a 9 on the flop sealed the deal.
That’s seven Cabot Bad Beat for Hunger tournaments, with no cashes.
“I’ll be back next year, don’t worry,” she said. “This is my favorite tournament. I love Cabot.”
So much so that she contributed the re-buy money she never used to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey — Southern Branch.
